Bake and Shark

Ingredients
  

  • Country Pride All-Purpose Flour
  • Shark fillets
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread bake or buns
  • Toppings lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauces (tamarind, garlic, pepper)

Instructions
 

  • Mix Country Pride All Purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
  • Coat shark fillets in the batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the battered shark until golden brown.
  • Slice the bread/buns horizontally to create a pocket for the shark.
  • Place fried shark in the bread pocket.
  • Add toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  • Drizzle with your favorite sauces.
  • Serve and enjoy your Bake and Shark!
