Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich

A delicious twist on the classic PB&J. It features creamy peanut butter and sliced bananas sandwiched between two slices of bread, then grilled until golden brown and warm.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 Banana
  • Cooking Spray/Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice Banana.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter onto one slice of bread & arrange banana slices on top.
  • Spread remaining peanut butter on the second slice & form a sandwich. Press firmly.
  • Spray the skillet with cooking spray/oil and heat.
  • Place the sandwich onto the skillet and cook until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side.
