WE HAVE ONCE again been innovative and breaking new ground and much time and effort was spent on research, development, training and effective modification for our flour  manufacturing operations. In early 2008, we installed six additional storage silos to enable the company to store 45,000 metric tonnes of grain for a six- month period.

Our Country Pride Flour brand is a household name and has proved to be a favorite in the wide and varied kitchens across Trinidad & Tobago, crossing all lines and being served as part of any food with flour as an ingredient, from the revered staple roti to all assortments of breads, cakes and pastries and more.

Available in all supermarkets, groceries and small shops nationwide, Country Pride comes in both 2KG and 10 KG package sizes at very competitive prices. Domestic Grade Flour

Industrial/Commercial Flour

Flour is available in sacks of 45kg (100lb) for the industrial/commercial markets, and can either be collected from the flour mill in Point Lisas or delivered within Trinidad based on the quantity ordered. There are also a number of Distributors throughout Trinidad & Tobago where the various 45kg flour could be purchased.

The types of industrial/commercial flour available in 45kg are as follows:

Cookie: A low protein, soft flour milled from soft winter wheat that is perfect for cakes, biscuits and other non-fermented products.

Cracker: A slightly higher protein flour ideal for roti, especially buss-up-shot.

All Purpose: A blend of winter wheat and spring wheat. This flour performs well for a diverse range of both fermented and non-fermented products.

Bakery Special: A high protein flour for fermented products including breads, pizza dough and hops, predominantly from a blend of spring wheat and hard winter wheat.

Ultra: The ultimate flour for breads and hops. The highest protein flour to give the baker the finest finished quality with excellent yields.

Whole Wheat: This flour is milled from the strongest wheat available. The wheat bran removed from white flour is added back to the flour to give the flour the nutty flavour and high fibre content.
