Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Country Pride All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • Syrup
  • Jams
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: Flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
  • Mix wet ingredients: Milk, butter & egg.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  • Whisk together until moistened, but do not over mix.
  • Heat a skillet & moisten the base with vegetable oil.
  • Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the hot skillet.
  • Cook 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear.
  • Flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
