Ingredients
- 1 cup Country Pride All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1 Egg Large
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients: Flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
- Mix wet ingredients: Milk, butter & egg.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Whisk together until moistened, but do not over mix.
- Heat a skillet & moisten the base with vegetable oil.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the hot skillet.
- Cook 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear.
- Flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
