Ingredients
- Country Pride All-Purpose Flour
- Shark fillets
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Water
- Oil for frying
- Bread bake or buns
- Toppings lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauces (tamarind, garlic, pepper)
Instructions
- Mix Country Pride All Purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
- Coat shark fillets in the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the battered shark until golden brown.
- Slice the bread/buns horizontally to create a pocket for the shark.
- Place fried shark in the bread pocket.
- Add toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
- Drizzle with your favorite sauces.
- Serve and enjoy your Bake and Shark!
