Nutrimix Supports #EndPeriodPoverty Campaign

Nutrimix has partnered with Dr Nadira Rambocas and CrownHerTT to sponsor sanitary napkins for their #EndPeriodPoverty campaign. Through this campaign, Nutrimix has donated sanitary napkins at regular intervals throughout the year which are distributed to young girls at schools and other facilities.

Period poverty occurs when girls miss school during their periods because they cannot afford sanitary napkins. The campaign is an initiative aimed at helping young girls stay confident at school by ensuring they have access to menstrual products.

Dr Rambocas visits several schools each month to distribute products, raise awareness about the proper use of sanitary napkins, and motivate the girls not to let their period hold them back from their education and school activities. Here are a few photos of her visit.
