In delivering the Feature Address, Mr Ronnie Mohammed, Group CEO and President, noted that 62% of the current workforce across the Group were awardees, which speaks for itself. “We also recognise and appreciate that the foundation of our outstanding success is built upon each of you, our valued employees, and your unwavering duty and commitment to fulfilling your respective roles at Nutrimix…We honour you for your vital role in maintaining our performance standards in keeping with our company’s vision, mission and core values.”
He also honoured our Founder, the late Mr. Shaheed Mohammed as a true pioneer and visionary leader: “I know my father will share the pride I feel today as I stand here with all of you.”
Ms Felecia Hosein, the longest serving employee, reflected on her 44 years of service. She recalled joining the company while the Feed Mill was being constructed in Barrackpore back in 1979 to the opening of the Next Generation Hatchery at Point Lisas in 2022.
Ms Hosein also recognized the life’s work of our Founder and the vital role he played in her personal and professional development over the decades: “Working with Mr. Mohammed was one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of my life. He cultivated a sense of discipline and productivity that I carry with me to this day.”
The evening ended with a cocktail reception in the lobby.
